Policies


Return Merchandise / Refunds
We have just a few simple policies for returns and refunds:
  • Any product that is found to be defective will be replaced at our expense.
  • If USPS or FedEx fails to deliver a package we will ship the order again. However, we cannot refund or reship orders where USPS or FedEx Package Tracking indicates successful delivery. Contact USPS or FedEx if you believe the status is in error.
  • People Systems Inc. does not pay for return shipping charges, but we may be able to help reduce the cost (see item 2 below).
  • If you want to return an order we previously shipped for free, the original shipping charge will be deducted from your refund (in some cases such as partial returns of larger orders this charge might be reduced or waived).
  • Products that are returned for refund need to be in excellent condition. If there is any writing within a product it is no longer eligible for a refund.
  • For most orders we do not have any "restocking fees". However, in rare cases such as larger orders we do reserve the right to charge a restocking fee.

There are two options for return shipping:

1) Simply ship the order yourself to:

2) Coordinate the return through our Customer Service.
We can provide a USPS return label at a slight discount from what is available from your local Post Office. The cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund.
In order to provide a return label we need to know the exact USPS Package type the products will be returned in. We will coordinate this with you via email.
If your order arrived in a USPS "Regional Rate Box A or Box B" it may be less expensive to return the products in that same box so take care not to destroy the box while opening it.

Prices and Product Specifications
Although we strive to hold prices and product specifications,
both are subject to change without notificiation.

Invoiced Orders
As a general rule Organization Orders are via credit card.
Invoicing requires Pre-approval and a Purchase Order (PO) number.

Privacy Policy
We make money by selling the best products, not by selling your data! We do not sell your data for free nor for profit.

The only personal data that our website collects is information required to process and ship your order. This includes:
  • Email Address
  • Password
  • Company Name (optional)
  • Billing & Shipping Addresses & Phone:
      - First/Last Name
      - Country
      - Address
      - City
      - State/Province
      - Zip Code/Postal Code
      - Phone/Alternate Phone (optional)
      - Is Address a Residence?
  • Credit Card Information:
      - Card Type
      - Expiration date
      - CVV code (back of card)
      - Last 4 digits of card (Our Checkout web page collects the full credit card number, however, it is sent directly from your web browser to our credit card processor (PayPal). PayPal sends us the last 4 digits only. People Systems never receives your full credit card number.)
  • IP address (required by Credit Card processors for fraud check, we don't use it otherwise)
  • Customer Comments (optional - from Checkout page)
In addition, for wholesale customers we also collect:
  • Purchase order number (optional)
  • UPS Company Account Number (optional)
  • FedEx Company Account Number (optional)
  • Title (optional)
  • Fax (optional)

Web browsers allow websites to store small bits of information on your computer (called "cookies" and "localstorage").
Our website uses cookies to allow uncalendar.com alone to track your customer session (i.e. are you logged in and have you provided a shipping zipcode?).
Our website uses "localstorage" to allow uncalendar.com alone to track the items in your shopping cart. This allows the items to remain in your cart even if you close your browser and return later.
Our cookies expire after 60 minutes of inactivity. Our localstorage is cleared when you place an order or remove the shoping cart items yourself.

We do not intentionally collect nor share any of your data with any partner other than these:
  • PayPal - In order to process Credit Card and PayPal orders, your Name, Address, Order Total, IP Address, and Credit Card Information are sent to PayPal.
  • Amazon - Our website runs on the Amazon Cloud. We do not intentionally share any customer data with Amazon, although emails sent from uncalendar.com are sent using Amazon email services.
  • Google - Our website loads a few web fonts from Google. We do not intentionally share any customer data with Google.
  • USPS/Endicia - In order to ship your products with USPS at the lowest price possible, your Name, Company Name (if any), Address, Order Total, and Order# will be sent to our shipping partner, Endicia, who in turn shares that data with USPS.
  • FedEx or UPS - With FedEx/UPS shipments, your Name, Company Name (if any), Address, Company FedEx#/UPS# (if any), Order Total, Phone, and Email will be sent to FedEx/UPS. FedEx requires the Phone Number and your Email is provided to FedEx so they will send shipping updates.
